Job Description – Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage store staff and daily operations

• Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction

• Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels

• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

• Generate daily performance, sales, and feedback reports

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of retail/F&B experience with team management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting
