Responsible for overseeing day-to-day showroom operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience in line with Challani’s premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Lead and motivate the showroom team.

Deliver exceptional customer service.

Maintain showroom appearance and product displays.

Manage inventory and coordinate with stock team.

Handle billing, POS, and daily reports.

Train and supervise showroom staff (Manager).

Support the Manager in all operations (Assistant).

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Jewelry/luxury retail experience preferred.

Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Sales-driven and customer-focused.

Proficient with retail software and basic reporting.
