Experience: 2+ years in showroom/sales management (preferably in Automobile )

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Opening & Readiness: Ensure timely showroom opening and daily readiness of the store.

Sales Operations: Oversee smooth functioning of sales activities; motivate and guide sales team to meet targets.

Professionalism & Hospitality: Maintain top-tier customer service standards and ensure every visitor experiences exceptional hospitality.

Team Strength & HR Discipline: Manage team schedules, adhere to company leave policy, and ensure adequate staff availability daily.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in managing retail/showroom operations

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication and customer service orientation

- Ability to multitask and handle pressure gracefully

- Integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility

- Additional Languages like English, Hindi,

would be added advantage.
