हम एक ग्राहक-केन्द्रित दुकान सेल्समैन की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो ग्राहकों की सहायता करे, उत्पादों की जानकारी दे, लेन-देन प्रक्रिया को संभाले और बिक्री को बढ़ावा दे। इस भूमिका के लिए सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण आवश्यक है।

मासिक इन-हैंड सैलरी: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ग्राहकों का अभिवादन करना और खरीदारी में उनकी सहायता करना।

• उत्पादों की कीमत, विशेषताएँ और बिक्री के बाद सेवाओं की सही जानकारी प्रदान करना।

• क्रॉस-सेलिंग करना और ग्राहकों को छूट और ऑफ़र की जानकारी देना।

• शेल्फ़/रैक को भरकर रखना और रिटर्न प्रबंधन करना।

• टीम के साथ मिलकर बेहतर ग्राहक सेवा सुनिश्चित करना और फीडबैक स्टोर मैनेजर के साथ साझा करना।

• नए उत्पादों और सेवाओं की जानकारी अपडेट रखना।

पात्रता (Job Requirements):

• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास।

• 1 से 3 वर्षों तक के रिटेल सेल्स अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

• बिक्री प्रक्रिया और उपभोक्ता व्यवहार की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए।

• बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।

• उत्कृष्ट संचार कौशल और इन्वेंटरी प्रक्रियाओं की समझ आवश्यक है।
