Job Summary:

Trent Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Department Manager – Apparel for its Zudio brand in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a keen understanding of apparel retail KPIs, and experience in managing a team in a fast-paced multi-brand outlet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the apparel department operations within the store.

• Supervise and motivate a team of 5–6+ sales staff, ensuring high performance and customer service standards.

• Monitor key retail metrics such as UPT (Units Per Transaction), ASP (Average Selling Price), Conversion Rates, etc.

• Ensure optimal stock management, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge and ensure the team is well-trained on product features.

• Collaborate with the store manager and other department heads to achieve overall sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in apparel retail.

• At least 2 years of team handling experience, with a team size of 5–6 staff or more.

• Strong knowledge and experience with MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) format preferred; strong EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) profiles may also apply.

• Good understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPT, ASP, and sales conversions.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

• Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹28,000 in-hand

• Benefits: PF, ESIC, and performance-based Incentives
