Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Cashier Operations

• Handle all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Process payments by cash, card, and other accepted methods.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per store policy.

• Maintain daily sales reports and balance cash registers.

2. Customer Service Desk (CSD)

• Attend to customer complaints, queries, and returns with empathy and professionalism.

• Manage product exchanges and refund processes.

• Coordinate with the inventory team for product availability and restocking.

• Ensure prompt resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Fast Fashion (FF) / Floor Sales

• Greet and assist customers on the shop floor.

• Maintain product displays, ensure stock availability, and manage visual merchandising.

• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.

• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
