Retail Sales Executive

FirstCry in Vellore Green Circle (near Katpadi) is seeking a Retail Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves assisting customers, providing product information, processing transactions, and promoting sales. The position offers an in-hand salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000, with potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.

• Cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.

• Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.

• Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.

• Stay updated on new products and services.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with a 12th pass and 0.5 to 4 years of experience in retail sales.

• Strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and excellent communication skills.

• Familiarity with inventory procedures.
