Job Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials (raw materials, chemicals, packaging materials, etc.).

Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor stock levels, manage stock rotations, and ensure proper labeling and storage as per company standards.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned, along with keeping up-to-date stock registers.

Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of stock and ensure smooth inventory operations.

Quality Control: Ensure the proper handling of materials and their storage according to safety and quality standards.

Skills Required:

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions carefully.

Basic knowledge of inventory software or manual tracking methods.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
