🧩 Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy):

• Engage pharmacy customers and pitch relevant credit card products.

• Clearly explain features, benefits, eligibility, and usage of credit cards.

• Collect and verify customer documents in line with KYC norms.

• Ensure daily visibility and upkeep of promotional materials and campaign branding.

Operational:

• Maintain accurate records of daily customer interactions, applications, and conversions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer onboarding.

• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations and documentation standards.

📌 Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in credit card or financial product sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Persuasive and confident in customer interactions

  • Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude

  • Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month

• Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month (performance-based)
