🔑 Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

• Interact with pharmacy customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate credit card products.

• Clearly explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and usage details.

• Build trust through transparent and persuasive communication.

KYC & Documentation:

• Collect and verify customer documents following KYC compliance guidelines.

• Maintain accuracy in application processing and customer records.

Sales & Promotion:

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure visibility of promotional materials and offers inside the store.

Coordination & Compliance:

• Collaborate with internal teams for application approvals and onboarding.

• Adhere strictly to banking, regulatory, and documentation standards.
