Job description

A Counter Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Inventory Management: Maintain and restock merchandise on counters and shelves.

• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.

• Upselling: Promote customers additional products, special offers, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or Graduated

• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle transactions accurately, and good organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise as needed.

• Familiarity with using cash registers and other sales equipment.
