A Counter Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities-
- Customer Interaction: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and restock merchandise on counters and shelves.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales counter and surrounding area are clean and organized.
- Upselling: Promote customers additional products, special offers, and loyalty programs.
Qualifications:-
Education: High school diploma or Graduated
Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle transactions accurately, and good organizational skills.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise as needed.
Familiarity with using cash registers and other sales equipment.
✔️ Experience: 1+ years in a retail supervisory or Sales role
✔️ Skills: Strong Sales Ideas, sales focus, and attention to detail
