Counter Sales

Role Summary:
The Counter Sales Executive will assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts while ensuring excellent service and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs.

• Recommend products, upsell, and promote special offers.

• Process orders, invoices, and handle payments accurately.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product displays.

• Resolve customer queries and build strong relationships.

• Prepare daily sales reports and follow company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (additional sales/automotive certifications are a plus).

• 1–2 years in counter sales, preferably in automotive.

• Strong communication, product knowledge, and computer skills.
