Manage inventory displays and ensure cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
Process transactions and support billing or order-related queries.
Follow up with potential clients to close sales and build long-term relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or retail is a plus.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in appliance, crockery, or general retail sales.
Strong product knowledge of kitchen appliances and crockery materials/types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-first attitude with the ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
Basic computer skills for billing and product lookup.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and store hours.
