Job Title: Sales Assistant – Luxury Home Furnishings

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers by providing advice on luxury home furnishings like curtains, sofa fabrics, carpets, wallpaper, and accessories.

• Product Knowledge: Learn and understand the products, including fabric types and design trends, to assist in offering suitable solutions to customers.

• Consultative Selling: Support customers in choosing home décor products that align with their preferences and lifestyle.

• Building Relationships: Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Showroom Presentation: Assist in keeping the showroom neat, organized, and attractive, ensuring products are displayed according to brand aesthetics.

• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest home décor trends and products to help the store stay competitive.

• Administrative Support: Process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.

• Fabric Roll Handling: Assist with lifting and moving fabric rolls as needed and ensure they are properly stored and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Education: 12th grade or Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Degrees in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.

• Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attitude: Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanour.

• Multitasking: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility: Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
