Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and features.

• Provide product demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.

• Explain pricing, financing, leasing, insurance, and warranty options.

• Negotiate terms and close sales professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and promotions.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and after-sales service.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and reflects the brand image.

• Accurately complete all sales paperwork and CRM updates.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
