HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Technician & Maintenance Engineer to handle installation,

maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, or industrial sites. The candidate must ensure efficient system performance, routine servicing, emergency response, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Install and commission HVAC systems: AC units, chillers, ventilation, ducting, and refrigeration.

● Perform scheduled maintenance: filter cleaning, refrigerant checks, lubrication, and part

inspections.

● Diagnose faults and repair/replacement of components like motors, compressors, and

thermostats.

● Execute preventive maintenance to avoid system failures and improve energy efficiency.

● Respond to urgent breakdowns, identify root causes, and implement quick fixes.

● Calibrate and monitor HVAC controls (temperature, humidity, pressure, etc.)

● Keep records of maintenance activities and report on system performance.

● Follow all safety protocols and ensure work complies with relevant standards and codes.

Qualifications & Skills:

● ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.

● 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC experience (installation + maintenance).

● Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, safety practices, and energy-efficient operations.

● Good problem-solving and communication skills.
