Key Responsibilities:Team Handling:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Allocate tasks based on individual strengths and workload.

• Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent performance and productivity.

• Resolve team conflicts and promote a healthy work culture.

Client Handling:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Regularly update clients on progress, challenges, and market insights.

• Gather feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices.
