We are looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team in Vijay Nagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals and will work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
Source potential candidates from job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
Coordinate technical interviews and manage interview scheduling
Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up regularly to ensure engagement
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role specifications
Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Good understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
Experience recruiting for software development, testing, DevOps, or cloud roles
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
Familiarity with startup/IT services hiring environments
