Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Talent Strategy & Leadership Development

• Design and implement integrated talent strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Drive enterprise-level succession planning and HiPo talent development programs.

• Partner with leadership to build leadership capabilities across levels.

2. Performance & Capability Management

• Lead performance management cycles including KPIs, OKRs, and feedback frameworks.

• Conduct skill gap analysis and oversee structured capability development plans.

• Champion a performance-oriented organizational culture.

3. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead hiring for strategic and operational roles, aligning with workforce planning.

• Build internal mobility programs and improve diversity hiring.

• Drive employer branding through EVP, digital platforms, and partnerships.

4. Learning & Development

• Establish leadership academies and functional learning programs.

• Implement blended learning strategies and coaching frameworks.

• Cultivate a learning-driven culture.

5. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys.

• Utilize data to propose actionable culture-enhancing measures.

• Formulate retention strategies for key and critical talent pools.

6. HR Governance & Analytics

• Maintain HR dashboards and present data-driven insights to leadership.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and audit frameworks.

• Measure effectiveness and ROI of talent initiatives.

7. HR Team Leadership

• Mentor HRBP and L&D teams to deliver aligned HR outcomes.

• Foster a collaborative, agile, and service-oriented HR culture.
