Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern / Trainee to join our HR team in the Tiles Division. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 months of HR/recruitment experience who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews and shortlist candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and feedback forms.

• Support in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and internal hiring events.

• Prepare basic MIS and weekly reports for HR dashboards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or pursuing MBA in HR / BBA / related field

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Good understanding of recruitment basics

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Willingness to learn and take ownership

• Available to join immediately or within short notice
