Job Role:- Site Supervisor cum Trainer

•              Experience: 00-03 yrs.

•              Salary: 01- 03 LPA

•              Minimum qualification : Graduation

Roles & Responsibility -

•              Manpower hiring for GDA & Housekeeping and provide support to HR Team during onboarding    process.

•              DO coordination with HOD & HR team on daily requirement.

•              Briefing and training before shift start for all the housekeeping and GDA staff.

•              Managing attendance of housekeeping, GDA and Trainee in the registers and in soft copy for salary processing.

•              Taking rounds in every floor and take feedback of Trainees from their supervisors of all the floors.

•              Handling the Issues faced by Trainees, and provide solutions.

Skills Required-

•              Good communication skill.

•              Manpower Handling Skills
