Primary responsibilities will include
Business HR Partner Role- Partner with business on HR related collaboration
Employee Engagement – Drive key engagements with employees for better team work and efficiency, culture of togetherness and growth
Attendance Management – Drive discipline in attendance adherence among employees, update daily and weekly attendance/leaves/lop status through MIS reports (Daily and Weekly)
Performance Management – Drive performance culture, monthly and quarterly performance reviews and ratings, feedback to employees and areas of improvement
Employee Query handling
Employee Training – Soft skills, policy awareness, POSH
Social Impact – drive CSR through Volunteering
Rewards and Recognition – Create and drive regular R&R for employee motivation and recognition.
Recruitment and New Hire Onboarding – complete hiring and onboarding, Induction of new hires, buddy system.
Statutory Compliance – complete adherence to labour laws
Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
Performs other duties as assigned by Head Human Resource/Academy Head/Directors
