Timings :- 9:00 am to 6.00 pm (Monday to Saturday(Half day))

Qualification:- Any Graduation

What is expected:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition - Lead to spearhead our recruitment initiatives. This role involves designing and executing strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and managing a team of recruiters.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Should have relevant experience in MS Excel

• Should have experience with job portals, be able to make calls, and manage a team effectively.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.

• Consulting firm experience is added advantage

• Experience with innovative sourcing techniques, including social media and employee referrals.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
