Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Director
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
✅ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
✅ Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, performance, etc.
✅ Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
✅ Act as a mediator for conflict resolution and provide employee support
✅ Coordinate training and development programs
✅ Conduct and manage performance appraisals
✅ Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
✅ Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
🔹 Leadership qualities and problem-solving abilities
🔹 Ability to build positive employee relations
🔹 Master’s degree in HR or relevant field
🔹 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience
