Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sunday

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Experience: 3 yrs min

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally

 Sourcing Candidates

 Screening Resume

 Conduct First Round Interview, Background Screening

 Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the HR Team

 Coordinating the Interview of the Candidates with the Concerned Department Head

 Finalization of Candidates, Salary Discussion & Finalization of Salary.

 Send job offer Letters

 Follow up with the candidate and the company

 Joining formalities & Induction

 Maintain the Recruitment sheet & MIS Reports

 Follow through the hiring process, from arranging interviews, obtaining management approval, preparing and sending offer letters, and conducting pre-boarding and on-boarding activities.
