Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter, located in Bengaluru. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for IT and technical positions. Daily tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs, developing job descriptions, conducting resume reviews, and effectively managing the interview process and candidate communication.

• 1 year experience into customer support

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
