About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and job descriptions for open positions.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and hiring best practices.

• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk or volume hiring (if applicable).

• Exposure to Non-IT recruitment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

• Preferably for Consultancy background.
