Job Opening: HR Recruiter (Immediate Joiners Only)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment (End to End).

• Must be fluent in Kannada and English (both verbal and written).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfill hiring needs.

• Post job openings on portals and manage social media & Other activities.

• Maintain recruitment records and databases.

• Handle employee documentation and onboarding formalities.
