We're seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and analytical Recruitment Growth Executive to close open positions and grow/manage partnerships with vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates to meet the hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
n - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely delivery of candidates
n - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source top talent
n - Negotiate rates and terms with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
n - Manage vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of candidates
n - Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment process
n - Work closely with the client platform partner to ensure seamless communication and coordination
n - Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress
n - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of recruitment metrics

What We Offer
² ₹Fixed salary per month + 20% commission
² Fixed pay will be revised after 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Good performers will be given 15-30% hikes on fixed pay.
² Remote Job: Work from anywhere with a Monday to Friday workweek (10-6pm) (no weekends)
