Looking for a Fresher Trainee Recruiter to work with us for Synoverge Consultants

Her daily job duties would include:

Understanding Clients ( What the company does )

Understanding what client wants (clients requirements- job description)

Understanding how to find resumes/cv's through databank/job portals/social media

how to read cv's?

How to interview candidates and be a job match maker for both candidate and clients.

How to schedule interviews and taking care of end to end recruitment process till the candidate joins the company.

Skills required: should speak good english

Should have own laptop , phone and internet

Should have ability and capacity to talk to 20-40 people per day

Reporting to Recruitment Manager / Managing Director

This is not a target based role.

We work in a productivity focused environment.

For first 3-4 months Stipend will be provided - post completion of 4 months a permanent letter.

Stipend will cover phone calling recharge expense- internet expense etc (5-6K per month for first 4months)

post 4 months-

fixed salary +incentives
