We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client or internal hiring requirements and job specifications.

Source potential candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job fairs, etc.).

Screen resumes and job applications.

Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.

Maintain candidate databases and pipelines using ATS or Excel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
