We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across various industries such as manufacturing, retail, BFSI, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Manage client relationships and understand hiring expectations.

• Handle offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
