We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Sansera Engineering Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization, with a focus on NAPS & D Voc and B Voc programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for various roles

- Manage the recruitment process from end-to-end

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements

- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract candidates

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an HR role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and meet targets
