• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and job descriptions for IT and technical positions.

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles.

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to attract and engage candidates.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Stay updated on IT hiring trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
