Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of roles

• Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

• Utilize job portals, social media, and networking channels to identify top talent

• Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding process

• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and collective hiring goals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT)

• Proficient in modern sourcing tools and strategic hiring methods

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines

• Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency is preferred
