A Field Recruiter focuses on finding, attracting, and engaging potential candidates for field roles within a company. This involves actively sourcing talent in the field, representing the company at job fairs, and building relationships with potential hires. They are responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

  • Identify and attract candidates through various channels like job fairs, community outreach, networking events, and social media. 

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill specific field positions. 

• Candidate Engagement and Selection:

  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring recommendations. 

  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience. 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and hiring requirements. 

• Relationship Building and Networking:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders. 

  • Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events. 

• Onboarding and Support:

  • Support the onboarding of new hires and ensure they are effectively integrated into the team. 

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
