Recruiter

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions within the office. You will play a key role in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment by managing office supplies, supporting staff, coordinating schedules, and handling general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic IT troubleshooting.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills.

·       Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

·       Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·       High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree business administration or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with accounting or HR software.

·       Knowledge of office health and safety procedures.
