 6 Months to 4 years of recruitment experience (IT recruitment preferred but not mandatory).

 Strong passion for talent acquisition and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Experience in consultancy-based recruitment will be a plus.

 Ability to handle multiple roles efficiently and meet deadlines
