Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying talent, building strong relationships, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements for various roles across departments.

• Source candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and culture fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

• Manage the offer and onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and communication.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate regular reports on hiring metrics.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

• Ensure adherence to HR and recruitment compliance practices.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to assess candidate profiles quickly and effectively.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
