🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions shared by the company

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, etc.

• Screen and shortlist potential candidates

• Schedule interviews with the internal team

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process

• Follow up for feedback and offer closures

• Maintain a recruitment tracker and submit regular updates

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency/freelance) preferred

• Good understanding of different job roles and industries

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Access to a computer/laptop and stable internet connection
