Responsibilities: · The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT. · Should have good technical knowledge. · Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing · Candidates for assigned requisitions. · Must have good experience in hiring Candidates. · Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other · open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates. · Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. · Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers. · Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets. · Excellent sourcing skills. Qualifications · Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills and · Hiring and Recruiting experience along with team handling · Strong communication skills · Ability to work well in a team environment · Knowledge of HR processes and regulations · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
