Manage daily office administrative operations efficiently
Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and documentation
Deliver and collect important documents to/from clients, vendors, and government offices
Support procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist in vendor management and ensure timely coordination
Visit field locations/sites as per operational requirements
Handle basic maintenance coordination and AMC tracking
Maintain expense and travel logs and submit reports
Assist HR/admin team in organizing meetings, interviews, and events
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in an administrative/field support role
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
Familiar with local geography and routes
Good communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Flexible and willing to travel regularly within the city
