Designation  : Associate- Payroll.

Job Description

To manage attendance and leave.
To collate Payroll Input & validations.
Responsible for providing timely input to the Vendor
To ensure Output Validation
Preparation of bank advice.
Coordination with the Finance Team for salary credit.
To provide 100% accuracy.
Employee query resolution (Including Queries on income tax and flexible benefit plan).

Key Requirement for the Position
Must have 0.6-4 years of Payroll Experience.
Attendance Leave Managements skills
Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent in Excel.
Self Starter
Good Communication
Analytical Ability.
