Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Executive/Manager to manage end-to-end payroll processing for a workforce of 500–600 employees. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll management, statutory compliance, and seamless coordination with HR and finance departments. This is a critical role that requires accuracy, confidentiality, and strong knowledge of payroll systems and labor laws. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage monthly payroll processing for 500–600 employees, ensuring 100% accuracy. 

• Maintain payroll records including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions. 

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, TDS, and professional tax. 

• Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently. 

• Collaborate with the HR team to process new joiners, exits, and other employee life cycle events. 

• Prepare payroll reports for management and assist in financial audits. 

• Stay updated with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory amendments. 

• Coordinate with finance for disbursement of salaries and reconciliation of payroll accounts. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or a related field. 

• 2+ years of experience in payroll management, preferably handling 500+ employees. 

• Strong knowledge of payroll software (Tally, Excel, GreytHR, or similar systems). 

• In-depth understanding of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance. 

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
