Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.

• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).

• Handle salary revisions, bonus calculations, reimbursements, and final settlements.

• Reconcile payroll and validate reports before processing.

• Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement and related queries.

• Maintain employee data in HRMS and keep payroll records updated.

• Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.

• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.

• Support audits (internal/external) related to payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations.
