We are a startup hiring partner with active hiring contracts for Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and more. We are setting up a full delivery boy recruitment process from scratch and are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead this.

🔍 Job Role & Responsibilities

Setup complete delivery boy hiring system from scratch

Build and manage a hiring team and CRM tools for tracking

Design and run end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding & document collection

Coordinate with clients (Flipkart, Swiggy etc.) for daily rider targets

Track daily/weekly hiring milestones and KPIs

Manage field and telecalling recruitment drives

Create simple, scalable onboarding & verification flow

Ensure rider availability & joining across assigned zones

✅ Who Should Apply

Prior experience in delivery hiring (Flipkart, Swiggy, Zepto, Bigbasket)

Have worked in BPO, delivery fleet hiring, logistics, or blue-collar recruitment

Knowledge of basic CRM or hiring tools

Good communication, team handling & daily operations skills

Self-motivated, startup mindset with a target-achieving attitude
