We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is brought on board.
Handle the full recruitment life cycle for Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Support, etc.)
Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.), social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and fit.
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
