Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across various departments. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is brought on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment life cycle for Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Support, etc.)

• Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.), social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and fit.

• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
