Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- End-to-end recruitment process

- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

- Conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability

- Onboarding new employees and providing support

2. Employee Relations:

- Assisting with payroll compliance and audits

- Resolving payroll discrepancies

- Processing employee provident funds and ESI

3. Statutory Compliance:

- Managing EPF, ESIC, PT, and TDS compliance

- Payroll documentation and reporting

4. Payroll Processing:

- Time tracking, benefits administration, and compensation calculations

- Salary processing and disbursement
