· Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities.
· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
· Compliance with labour regulations is required.
· Ensuring utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
· Process monthly Attendance, calculation of overtime, etc.
· Coordinating with internal departments to compile required data like salary advance, loan etc.
